1. No Returns / No Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (fragrances and personal care items), Roll Mills does not support returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered. All sales are considered final.

  • We do not accept returns based on personal fragrance preference or change of mind.
  • Please ensure you have selected the correct items before completing your checkout.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are damaged during transit, defective, or if the wrong item was sent. To be eligible for a resolution, you must follow these steps:

  • Report the Issue: Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video (showing the sealed courier bag being opened) as proof of damage. Claims without a video will not be accepted.

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
