At Rollmills, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We have partnered with iThink Logistics, one of India's leading logistics aggregators, to ensure your products reach you safely via top-tier couriers (like FedEx, Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, etc.).

1. Serviceable Areas & Pincodes

Service availability depends on your delivery address and pincode. We currently service over 26,000+ pincodes across India.

• Pincode Verification: Our system automatically checks your pincode at checkout to assign the fastest courier partner available for your specific area.
• Remote Areas: In some remote locations, delivery may take slightly longer than standard timelines.

2. Shipping Charges

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery zone.

• Standard Shipping: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you make the payment.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

• A WhatsApp notification confirming dispatch.

You can track your order status at any time by visiting the "My Orders" section on our website.

5. Delivery Attempts & Issues

• Incomplete Address: Please ensure you provide a complete address (House Number, Street, Landmark) and a valid phone number. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
• Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. If you are unavailable, the package may be returned to us (RTO).
• Damaged Package: If you believe the package is tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept the package and contact our support team immediately.
